In our production monitoring system, there is an application which will provide real time defect information. With its feature, we believe we can reduce the defect product from your production.

In the usual garment factory what we do to capture the defect information is by written paper and the result will come out to line manager after 30 minutes or after 1 hour. If we cannot recognize the defect production quickly, by the time we come to know there were defects, those production will be lost and operator need to conduct rework and the worst case, we need to throw away the product due to the damage. What if we can recognize the defect in real time and be able to stop producing next defect item within few minutes? It is sure this will be helpful to line and for operator. Since we have 2 types of user interface, our tablet can be installed to not only the in-line inspection but also to the fabric or parts inspection. 1 is for in line defect which enables you to input defect type with PO number etc. Another is having free text box which you can customize the data entry based on your requirement such as fabric length, fabric width, parts area.
