''After conducting trials on two lines, we found the system to be beneficial and effective. As of now, Thagaco has applied the IoT system to all sewing lines in two factories.''
The production processes in the sewing industry are undergoing significant transformations. To achieve both excellent productivity and sewing quality, it is essential to promptly identify and resolve issues in the production line through a system. Thagaco is an advanced company that has introduced the latest IoT technology, Brother's NEXIO SYSTEM.

"Before deciding on the NEXIO IoT, we carefully studied and investigated the system. By applying the NEXIO system, we can obtain real-time and highly accurate data, most of which is automatically collected from the operator and integrated with the ERP system we use. This brings more benefits than before. After conducting trials on two lines, we found the system to be beneficial and effective. As of now, Thagaco has applied the IoT system to all sewing lines in two factories," said Mr. NGÔ MẠNH CƯỜNG, Factory Manager.

"Every day, IoT helps line leaders track productivity on the production line," said Ms. NGUYỄN THỊ HẢI, Line Leader. "Since the introduction of the NEXIO SYSTEM, workers have been freed from manual writing tasks, and the output of workers, production lines, and factories is now updated regularly, accurately, and promptly. Additionally, the methods of highly skilled workers are being taught to other operators, contributing to further improvements in productivity.
''First point: After implementing the NEXIO IoT system, it has been very beneficial for us. Every day, IoT helps line leaders track productivity on the production line. We can also compare the performance of each operator doing the same process. For example, operator A and operator B perform the same process. With the IoT system, I can see who is performing better.
Second point: Before implementing the IoT system, we had to record output manually and take notes on paper. After implementing the IoT system, we can save time by recording data in real time, ensure productivity on the line, and monitor the status of each operator on a TV screen. If I find any bottleneck process, I can take action to improve it."

"As an IE Manager, I faced many challenges in building a standard time database because it required a lot of time to collect and analyze data correctly. However, since adopting the NEXIO SYSTEM, everything has changed. It was very difficult to collect production data manually. Now, IoT devices can support automatic data collection instead of manual methods. Now, we can focus on analyzing and improving the production line, reducing difficulties in production and the gap between actual and target, and increasing accuracy as well." said Ms. PHAN THỊ TUÂN, IE Manager.
